Atwell Cares About Your Safety
If you see an unsafe condition, action, or a worker taking unnecessary risk, regardless of where you see it, take a minute to have a conversation with the worker to eliminate the risk; you may save someone's life. If you catch something and take corrective action let us know by filling out a Good Catch form at the link to the right. We track these good catches to improve safety throughout Atwell.
These Good Catch forms in conjunction with our Atwell Safety Scorecards are how we will promote and recognize safety at Atwell.
Completing the Good Catch form allows Atwell to be proactive with safety and provide a safer working environment for all employees.

The above Safety Scorecard is how Atwell will be grading each office every month over the course of the year. Here in the scorecard you can find information such as hours worked, injuries, motor vehicle accidents as well as how many GOOD CATCH forms each office has filled out. A combination of zero accidents and as many GOOD CATCH forms as you can fill out is what will set your office apart from the rest.
