Priority Care 365

• Atwell has partnered with our insurance company to provide access to an on-call nurse. This service is called Priority Care 365 (or PC365 for short) which is a 24/7/365 Tele nurse program that is designed to help manage injuries and illnesses.

• If an employee has sustained a work-related injury that is NOT life, limb or eyesight threatening the employee must verbally contact their Regional Safety Manager immediately then their supervisor.  

• After talking to the Regional Safety Manager, the employee should contact Nurse 365 together to receive instructions for proper medical attention for injuries that are not life, limb, or eyesight threatening.

The convenience of having this program will be beneficial to you for injuries when related to:

• The illness or injury occurs outside normal business hours
• The patient does not want to (or cannot) miss work
• He or she cannot get a timely appointment with a doctor
